NIKKO’s Alumina-Zirconia substrates offer high strength and high toughness. Their excellent electrical and thermal properties are ideal for applications that require high reliability, such as automotive, industrial machinery, and IGBT power modules.

Features

NIKKO’s high-strength, flexible Alumina-Zirconia substrates show a bending strength of over 1.5x compared to the standard Alumina substrate. Thicknesses as thin as 150um are offered that can reduce the thermal resistance in the thickness direction. Substrates have a high density, fine structure with excellent flatness.
