Harassment is an intolerable act that violates human dignity. NIKKO regards creating a workplace where every employee respects one another and can work with peace of mind as a key management responsibility.
NIKKO hereby declares that it will neither tolerate nor overlook harassment – not only among employees but also in its dealings with job applicants, interns, customers, business partners, and all others connected with its business.
