Compact and reduces installation space
This system adopts a flotation filtration method with excellent solid-liquid separation performance, removing suspended solids (SS) from the treated water and enhancing the quality of the effluent. The independent tank design allows for easy maintenance through the top opening.
Microorganisms attach to the surface of each small carrier, resulting in a high concentration of microorganisms in the biological treatment tank, which enables high-load processing. As a result, the size of the biological treatment tank has been significantly reduced, and backwashing of the biological treatment tank is no longer necessary.
Excellent treatment performance
The carriers used in the carrier reaction tank and carrier filtration tank are our original products. Made of high-density polyethylene, they possess sufficient strength and are almost wear-resistant, eliminating the need for replacement. Additionally, they have a large specific surface area, which enhances biofilm adhesion, and their specific gravity is slightly lighter than water. Due to their high fluidity, the microorganisms that adhere to the carriers efficiently perform biological treatment.
